小贴士
1、建议将牛腱肉切成1cm以上的厚度,虽然经过长时间炖煮部分肉香味己经化到汤里,但牛肉还是保留着牛肉独特的香味;
2、可加入花椒増加香味;
3、香浓美味,老少皆宜;
4、中医认为牛肉具有补中益气、滋养脾胃、强健


筋骨、化痰息风、止渴止涏功效。
