小窍门
1.煮鸡爪时可加点香料下同煮
2.炸鸡爪前一定要烤干水分或都是铺开晾干水分,用烤箱是最快捷的方法
3.如果没有晾干水分就下锅炸就会炸锅,乒乒乓乓的响很危险的,所以晾皮是很重要的
